    Welcome to MathsLiu. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our tutoring services. By booking or using our services, you agree to these terms.
  2. Services
    We provide tutoring services in maths to students of all ages. The specifics of each session will be arranged separately.
  3. Booking and Payment
    -Bookings must be made at least 48 hours in advance, unless agreed otherwise.
    -Payments are due upfront.
    -We accept Apple pay, google pay, PayPal, credit and debit cards.
  4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
    -Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session.
    -Rescheduling is subject to availability.
  • Refunds are provided only if cancellations are made within the specified notice period.
  1. Responsibilities of the Student/Parent
    -Arrive promptly for sessions.
    -Provide necessary materials and information.
    -Notify us of any special needs or concerns.
  2. Liability
    We are not responsible for any loss, or damages resulting from the use or reliance on our services.
  3. Intellectual Property
    All materials provided during tutoring are for personal use only and remain the intellectual property of MathsLiu.
  4. Termination
    We reserve the right to terminate services if terms are violated or if deemed necessary.
  5. Changes to Terms
    We may update these terms periodically without prior notice.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
